we supply a red rock parking pass and ev charging card for our guests to use If either card is not returned at check-out, a replacement fee applies. If the pool/tennis access card is lost, the HOA charges a $150 replacement fee (we do not set this fee). It is not possible to mail these items back, as we replace them immediately if needed so our next guests have access to them.
our property is smoke-free, including on the balcony, and we do not allow pets Finally, unapproved late checkouts will be assessed a minimum $100 fee if our cleaners are waiting for access after 10am.
